Why can’t I withdraw money?
When your EX withdraws digital assets to other platforms, if the withdrawal does not arrive, it is usually caused by the following situations:
(1) The block is not confirmed and withdrawals cannot be received normally. When you remit, the funds are already in the block and need to be confirmed by the block. The block confirmation time is not fixed. If the block is still not credited after confirmation, you need to contact the other platform for verification.
(2) The assets have not been remitted, and the withdrawal cannot be received normally. When your assets have not been remitted, it will show that the withdrawal is in progress or waiting for withdrawal. The system is queuing for remittance. This is caused by the large number of people withdrawing money. The system will remit the funds one by one according to the current withdrawal user submission time. Manual intervention is not possible. Please be patient. Waiting, we apologize for the inconvenience.
(3) Withdrawal cannot arrive normally. Select the chain or network that is consistent with the sender's address.
When withdrawing cash, be sure to choose the same chain and network as the deposit platform. For example, if you withdraw money from platform A to platform B, choose the TRC chain on platform A, and choose the ERC20 chain on platform B, then your coins will not be available.
